I asked pansat about 4:2:2

I asked if there were any plans for a HD receiver that did 4:2:2 and when pvr would be enabled on the 9200 HD. This is their response

Dear customer,The format you mentioned does not have any free programming available. Once free programming is available our receiver should in turn be able to provide it. In regards to the pvr function, it will take a few more months before the firmware is completed. Most likely it will be posted in our website for our customers to see. Best regards,tech

It appears they aren't aware of 4:2:2 feeds

I already asked them the same questions and got the same reply. I hope how soon the pvr function works. I would love to connect an external sata drive to that thing. I wonder if they will charge for the software or if it will be a free download from their site.
