I Can't Watch Dark Knight on Dish PPV

I am not sure if this has been brought up yet, but I can't watch the Dark Knight on PPV. I checked the guide info on Dish's website, and I should find the HD ppv on channel 534, but the guide doesn't have it. It just skips over the channel. I have it set to show 'all channels' and there are no locks or anything. I am on 77, 72, and 61.5 (eastern arc, I think) and I already chatted with Dish customer service (literally chat) and they gave several reasons, mostly involving me being dumb (not entirely an unfair assumption), but then decided that it would be impossible; I just can't get the channel.

Is there anything I can do to remedy this?

channel 534 is on the 129 satellite.Thats why you are not getting it.What kind of receiver do you have?

channel 534 is on the 129 satellite.

It is also on 72.7, TP 17. Are you using a custom listing, or our you set to all sub or all channels?

I do use a custom listing, but I went ahead and switched it first to 'all sub' and then to 'all channels' just to make sure. The channel just isn't there.
