I got a local NBC waiver, now VOOM says I need permission from NBC too

After making a bunch of phone calls, I was able to get a waiver from my local NBC affiliate who is 60 miles away. I called VOOM to have them flip the switch, and after being put on hold several times so they could confer with VOOM management, I was told that now I needed to get approval from NBC Corporate. They also said that any VOOM employee who provides NBCHD access without both approvals (local and corporate) would be in deep do-do. I would consider contacting NBC Corporate if channel 321 was going to continue after the Olympics. Otherwise, it's probably way too much effort for a somewhat limited benefit.
Got to go, a customer just pulled in to the filling station with a bad radiator leak.

Looks like this is costing Voom some $$ to provide the additional feed.
