I got an e-mail offering free plus pack but no go

Voom just sent me an e-mail as if I was a charter member offering me a free plus pack. I installed on 3/6 so I'm not a charter member. I called to see if they would give it to me but they said that the e-mail should have just gone to charter members.

Here it is:
