I have a question about the AT100+ package...

On the DISH Network website, it's advertised as the America's Top 100 Plus with Locals for a price of $39.99 / month. However, I already get my Atlanta locals through NPS. If I ever have locals through DISH again, it will be after I purchase an HD receiver and "move" to Los Angeles. Right now, though, I'm wondering...

Can I simply change to America's Top 100 Plus WITHOUT locals for $34.99 / month. I cannot find this advertised, but I was thinking this was possible. I simply want to downgrade with the ability to keep my RSN networks but don't really need my locals.

I also want to keep the Encore Movie Package and don't want to lose KTLA -- but it doesn't appear as though there are any minimum packages to keep those networks.

KTLA is a superstation so it is available A La Carte Encore is a package or was and AT100+ is available without locals.
