I don't think he's an installer anymore, if you know what I mean.

With the massive tree in the way, our signal has a strength of 95.
 
If the tree was actually in the way, you wouldn't have a signal. Obviously, the installer did not know how the dish "sees" the satellite.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. He's talking about a SuperDISH installation. If you're expecting to be "voomin" with a SuperDISH, you have been misinformed.
 
The first thing I've noticed, and one of the main driving forces why I wanted the superdish.

The Erie channels on our local cable were always terrible. The CBS channel had a strange red hue to it. The Fox and ABC channel which are broadcasted out of the same building, and were always snowy. I'm watching ABC right now and it's perfect.
