I live in Keller, but no FIOS!

You wanna talk about bad luck, I just moved into Keller, TX and I am unable to get FIOS. They say I live in an AT&T area, but the people 2 blocks down are able to get it. The picture is awesome, and the internet speeds are increadible!!! So now I am stuck with stupid Charter. CHARTER STINKS!!!
Does anyone have an opinion on whether Dish or Directv would be better?? I have one brand new HD DLP TV and 3 SD TVs. Any advise would be appreciated!!!

So when you go to the Verizon FiOs site and search to see if its available (and search by address not phone) it says you cant get it? Weird. What part of Keller, if you dont mind me asking.

I have called every other week, have gone to their website, and have done everything I can to try to get FIOS but no luck. I live in the Southwest Corner of Keller. Off of North Tarrent Parkway and Ruff Snow.
