When I test at:

When I go to one of the recommended links at the bottom of the page (http://speedtest.umflint.edu/), I get these results:
-----------------------------------------
TCP/Web100 Network Diagnostic Tool v5.2.0f
click START to begin
Checking for Middleboxes . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Done
running 10s outbound test (client to server) . . . . . 1.55Mb/s
running 10s inbound test (server to client) . . . . . . 14.75Mb/s
The slowest link in the end-to-end path is a 10 Mbps Ethernet subnet

It seems that there is a router in my path to the original location that is not set up correctly and is killing my bandwidth to the test site.

Here's an interesting thought: Even though my throughput is more than 14 Mbps, the slowest link in the route is 10 Mbps. Almost like a miracle. ;)

I have Verizon FIOS and am in a suburb of Dallas.
