That was Jacksonville Comcast cable. I can run the test on various sites, any time of the day and get these same readings. Nice to have my own node! I'm paying for business account with 756 up/ 6000 dn

Just curious, Scott- How did you get 17Mbs when their network limit is listed at 11.5 Mbs? Is there something I'm missing here or am I interpreting the data and their site limits incorrectly

That Mariott looks like a T-1 service line stats.

BFG- What is your ISP since you are seeing the same as Scott?

I have 15 MB service from Cox. :)

For whatever the reason when you order the 15 MB service from Cox they don't put a speed cap on the down stream only on the upstream. Others in the area have reported the same thing.

The speed tests show basically the same results at other places such as DSL Reports, and Speakeasy. :)

Not bad for $45 a month.

They do that to keep you from U/L a ton; such as a sever or supernode for P2P.

Nope I ran SatelliteGuys Radio for over a year with a broadband 128k stream and a 56k stream for over a year 24 / 7 and they never said a thing to me. :)
