I need Amazon Prime Help.

We are subscribe to Amazon Prime. We just began watching it thru the Dish app. We have watched two different movies and, in both, the receiver will revert to the regular Dish channel to which it was last tuned thus interrupting the Amazon Prime showing. Is there a solution to this aggravation?

Buy a Roku.
 
Roku would do it if you could come here and train my wife to use it!
My late wife figured it out and she was in the early stages of dementia, if she could do it, anyone could.

My now 78 year old step father did also a few years ago, when he got rid of his cable boxes with Comcast to save on the fees, used the xfinity stream app then.
 
What receiver are you using?

Considering those posts are almost 2 years old, it looks like this problem has been going on for awhile.

A stab in the dark... just switched from the bottom to top internet slot on H3. Running a Linksys EA7500 and Sputum (aka Spectrum) 400 Mbps down / 23 up .
At the risk of creating a curse, following the above "fix", we watched a one hour docu-movie with no interruption. Wish us luck!
