i need help to get c band whit a 4 footer offset dish

i need a strong tp for galaxy 17 or satmex 5 im going to tray get some channels whit a 4 footer offset dish

These transponders are strong (1.2 Meter Dish)

Galaxy 17:
3720 H 26700 (CW)
3860 V 30000 (Fox Encrypted)
3920 H 26000 (EWTN)

Satmex 5:
3720 V 27000 (CANAL 11 - 28)

On Satmex 5 you will get some TP's with great signal, some will be very low that with any wind/rain will be gone
