I set HBO and Showtime to auto-remove. But I'll still be charged for them?

Why, when my three free months of HBO and Showtime cancel themselves on the 14th of April, Dish is still charging me 24.00 for something I will not be able to use? Instead of my bill being $39 as usual, it went up to $63.53 for this month. Doesn't sound right to me. Can somebody clarify this?

It actually has to do with when the bill is generated. the system nows the credits have expired and the programming is still on the account so a charge appears on the bill. When the auto removal goes thru it will issue a credit to the account for the amount billed and they will zero themselves out. We do not mean it to confuse anyone and when the bill is due, it will be for the correct amount.

So even though my bill shows it will be $63.53 I will actually pay the regular amount as usual?
Yes, on the 14th of April the HBO/Showtime will auto remove and issue a dredit to the account of $24.00. Your billing due date should be past the 14th and when it comes due, it will charge the lesser amount.
