Well its been a few months now and everything has calmed down a bit, so   I called Voom up and explained to them about the reception problems,   rain fade, etc. and  told them i would sign up again if they would   install a 24" right from the start. after a few minutes on hold... they   said ok, the CSR I spoke with, Jennifer was actually knowledgeable! as   hard as that is to come by in Voom land.
   
so hopefully everything works this time...we will see, I'm not holding my breath...lol<img>
