I was out of town............

I was out of town over the weekend and when I got home to night I settled down to watch Monk and low and behold my 625 did not record it. When I checked the recording history it did not even mention it. It showed the skip on all the old Monks they showed but no mention of the new one that was supposed to record on friday night. There were other shows that were supposed on friday night but no mention of those either. I know the electricity did not go out as none of my clocks in the house were blinking. If it was a signal loss then the history would show it. I am at a loss. Any idea what could have caused this.

Sounds like maybe a program guide glitch. The DVR didn't find anything to record because the guide corrupted or changed.

Mine did the same thing with a different program Saturday night. I looked at the schedule and nothing was listed. Then just about everything else that was on the schedule said "No Info" or something like that.

My 722 recorded the new Monk, but for some reason it only recorded one hour of "Wittless Protection". Maybe my DVR decided it was just too stupid to continue.
