Let me know what you think? Would you be motivated better by a competitive environment or an environment where you need to work in a team?

Every environment that I've been in from lowly unskilled worker to management to small business owner is both. If you are working for someone else people have to work as a team or collective on many levels. You also have to prove yourself and are going to get ahead by being "competitive" as in being better or harder working than your "teammates".

As a small business owner I obviously don't have to compete against anyone in the company. I do have to fiercely compete with others in the industry worldwide. I also have to work on a team and as a team player with dealers, manufacturers, engineers, sales people and the community/customers that are all outside of my company.

I understand that job is hard to do. Got to "hold off" and as a result many of them are homosexual, not really turned on by the women, more with each other
