I'm new here, but question about being a retailer for directtv

I have about 15-20 salesman that I have recruited to do door to door sales for my company. (we sell internet) we are considering looking into Directv retail to sale. Our estimate is that we would sale between 100 to 200 per month. I was wondering what the commission is from directtv for retailers ( obviously some packages are worth more than others with direct) can anyone help me out here? Also are there any companies that allow another company to be a reseller that wouldn't have to worry about installs, etc? I am looking into both options. Thanks in advance.
