Information sent

Hi I live in Mexico and have Dish Network from USA.(not athorised by Dish Network) My question is, if I connect Internet to my VIP722 so I can control it using the iPhone App is information sent to them as to where the box is connected?

There is no reason I should tell you this, but if you have service not from Dish, once you hook it up it gets tracked and you get shut down

The answer is yes they can tell where the box is.

The way I learned it in the FSS III class is it goes to the defrauding department and those are the guys that "kick your door down". Makes me laugh every time.
