Installation tomorrow - Superfan? Extra HD?

My installation is set for tomorrow, sales rep said all nfl games would be in hi-def, yet superfan is not indicated. Also, I did not want to pay for an extra HD receiver (I bought one hr-20) so only scheduled one hd and one sd, though I want two hds and one sd. Should I be able to call in and be accomodated with these things - from what others have posted it sounds reasonable. What to do - get accomadations first? call after? cancel install?

I think for the new customer promo the HD games are included without superfan this year (they weren't last year, but I did read they added that) as long as you have HD Access ($10/mo for any HD).

You will probally have to pay $300 for a second HR20, may be able to negotiate $200. They will not do 2 normally, so you may have to buy at a store like Bestbuy or online.

Just remember that even if you do buy at CC or BB, the lease rules still apply. Good luck!
