Good to know. Sometimes i jump thru the comments to post.

I get very irritated with installers spit bull poo just cuz they dont want to take the extra effort to get a job in. I have a couple if stories but thats for snother thread.

OK, let me see if I understand clearly.

If I subscribe to "America's Everythng Pak" with "HD FREE for Life",
along with a International Package which is @118.7/119°W,
and my locals located @110°W;

Ideally, what dish (lnbs) and associated electronics (switch, node) should be installed for this subscriber?
Please be specific.

500 plus dish is the only dish to get international programming from 118.7.

What's the difference between a 500+ and 1000+ dish?

500 plus gets sats 110, 118 and 119. 1000 plus gets those three sats and sat 129.

As I am primarilly interested and subscribed to HD programming, would I not get a "1000" dish?
