I've had nothing but nightmares with installs. I've now had 3 installs (original, HD-Tivo upgrade, HR20/5-LNB upgrade), and every single one of them required 3 visits to get things working. So 3 installs, 9 visits. And none of them were even no-shows - simply f-ups.
In all cases the 3rd and final installer did a great job - not sure why I can't get those guys the first time around...

Exactly what seems to happen to me. I have been a customer for several years and when they told me it was going to take 3 weeks to put up a dish at the new place I called Comcast (something I never thought I would do). Sometimes I am just baffled that they would let a good customer (auto pay, Sunday Ticket, blah, blah) go. Oh well.
