Installing Genie c41's and c41w's

Just a few basic questions-

1- How do you install a WVB ?

2- can you use the WVB with the C41 and the C41w or do I need a seprate system to run the C41's apart from the WVB. I have 2 wired connections for C41's and two C41w's for non wired.

3-Can anyone point me to a good self install guide for WVB and C41/C41w

Where can you get a WVB and C41Ws without install being included?

The C31/41/51 and C41W can all work in conjunction with each other up to 8 total but only 3 can be on at a time.
 
I might have misread the second question, the C41 and C41W can share the same server up to 8 but the C41 will not work without a coax cable connected to it.
