Can somebody check the strength of ZeeTV on Intelsat 805 with their 120cm or 100cm Cband setup please?
I basically wanna know if it's useable for a friend who wants to know.

Cheers.

If it wasn't lightning out I would. I sure hope my polar mount shows up tomorrow. Mine is planted at G10R at the moment.

Well speak of the devil! I no sooner typed this in than the Fedex man delivered my polar mount. Talk about a fast felivery. I ordered this on Monday. Hopefully I will get it up by this weekend.

Ok...Here are the pictures of the Channel Master polar mount. It is built very well and even has a numeric Latitude adjusting bolt. The mount requires a 3" pole so I will have to make some shims for this beast. One thing for sure, this thing is built to last. It will definately withstand any wind you can throw at it. The pipe will bend befor this does. Enjoy.

Any part that you need for Channel Master/Andrew dishes can be purchased from Dow Electronics. Do a google for them. The contact number is listed under Tampa - Commercial Satellite. Great company and reasonable prices. I ordered this on Monday!

Cheers Dishpointer, appreciated.
I so need one of those mounts.

No problem. You're the one that got me interested in the first place. My wife and neighbors think I am crazy.

Cascade. As for your original question, I remember that I was able to receive Zee TV on a 120cm dish. My dish has been down (laying on the ground) for 2 weeks now as I am trying to find some free time to pour concrete.

I can't remember signal quality I had, but from what I rmember picture was solid without breakups.

Anywhere near Mundelein? That is where I am at this week on business.

Sorry, missed your post earlier. I am 30-40 miles south west from Mundelein.

Cascade. Sorry I misled you. I am not getting any quality on Zee TV. I am getting I805 nicely with 20+ responders. I confused it with Set Max on I805 which I can get with 81% signal strength/ 72% quality.

Adding SATs in Coolsat 4000 Pro.

What does a Black Screen with a good signal/quality mean?
