The latest edition of TELE-satellite Magazine has an interesting article in it this month with Rod Hewitt who is the creator of one of the most useful / amazing satellite software out there... TSREADER.

That website's interface is terrible. It tries too hard to look cool and stylish and just makes reading the damn article way harder than it has to be.

Would've been easier to read if they were just scanned in simple images or a pdf.

I'm disappointed to hear that he's a fan of Apple. I don't see what business someone in his technical line of work has with a line of overpriced proprietary toy computers.

He sure does have an awkward and inefficient way of archiving TV. Why does he use four cable boxes instead of just getting two Ceton InfiniTV 4 CableCARD tuners? There's no longer a need for a middleman to retrieve cable and record it directly to a PC.

on the screen at the bottom next to the "sound" icon there is a download option to download it as a pdf.
I'm sure with your 150 download speed internet you could download it quicker than it took you to type out your "Rant"

This is what I do, so I can archive it, but I can read it just fine on the screen, the way it is.
