Is the Oakland, NJ 10.11.06 date for still correct for International Channels?

Local cable ads are runing for the iO En Espanol channel package but The Oakland system does not offer it yet.

I was told by one of the supervisors the coversion to 100% digital for Family Cable channels has been delayed for a few weeks.
