Is there a reliable source for the URLs of the radio stations that currently broadcast on the internet?

Don’t know of any, but you can find most stations at tunein.com

www.internet-radio.com is a fairly large index broken down by genre.

Thanks to harshness for pointing me to internet-radio.com. This collection of stations provides the URLs for many stations by examining the web page script elements.
