IOS4.2 for IPad Released?

TopTechReview.net is reporting that IOS4.2 for the IPad has gone live. Haven't had a chance to check whether it's true or not yet?

First I've heard of it, not mentioned by any of the usual trusted sources yet.

Apple still have 4.1 for iPhone and 4.2 "coming soon" for iPad on their site.

Oh, right. I knew about the "GM" being released to the devs. Assuming no major bugs found, it shouldn't be long, and already confirmed jailbreakable and unlockable.

I'm a registered developer so Apple sent me a link. You need to have a developer's ID to download and install it.
