Can anyone refresh my memory on how to delete all my information on the iPad I just sold.

Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Settings

Don't forget to go into your Apple devices and Delete it from your list. Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in and View and remove your associated devices in iTunes
Also, you should go into iTunes on the iPad and de-authorize it from your iTunes Store Account or you might hit your iTunes Authorized device limit. Deauthorize your computer using iTunes
