Is AFN (Armed Forces Network) available on a satellite covering Malaysia or Philippines?

I am retired military and eligible to receive AFN (Armed Services Network) (with the proper equipment and authorization, of course) but I am unable to determine if AFN is available over Eastern Malaysia, and on what satellite?

I think you might find NSS6 at 95e with AFN @12688H in Powervu pretty much covers your area
