I am not sure this is the right forum for this so if the powers that be want to move it feel free to do so.

Bounce TV is advertising Coming Soon to DISH and a quick look at their website shows that they are making that statement in their where to watch page for various markets. perhaps it will be added to DISH like Get TV, Laff, MeTV and a few others. Then again maybe I am just mistaken.

Thats what they do. The number of people who work on programming contracts is small. They do not go online and see what people want, so the CSR's who do that do it for them and compile a list of what people want. :)

If the programming people were online all day looking for suggestions, they wouldn't get any work done. :D :D

That seems unfortunate, given the importance and time they place on their social media presence (Facebook, Dish Chat, DIRT). It doesn't seem appropriate to only take suggestions from people who call. Many younger people (my youngest brother included) would NEVER pick up a phone and call Dish or any other provider for that matter. He does everything online. So I guess his opinion doesn't matter? :what2

I would guess that the same principle applies to social media as to phone calls. CSR's relay suggestions to the contract people, as Scott suggested.

And Bounce is the 5th most requested channel out of the list :o

They have it plastered on the channel locater. Dish coming soon.

Which is what the original post in the thread states. The question was an attempt to see if anyone has any information about when this might happen. It looks liek no one has such information so I guess it isa case of wait and watch.

Well the other site is reporting that the SD version is in test mode. Of course it could be in that mode forever. Or maybe it is coming "Soon".
