Is galaxy 16 difficult to find

In light of upcoming events this week, I thought I would try to move my directpc dish over to g16. After finding the pertinent info from "The List", I started moving the dish. After about an hour of trying, I gave up. The weird thing is is that I can get G25 and G18 with no problem. I added the strong tp from the list. checked and double checked my settings. Nothing in my line of sight either.
I did have to add all the transponders from the list as my viewsat ultra lite only has c-band tp's listed for galaxy 4r/c. I get signal strength of about 70 but no quality to speak of.

It is not harder to find than any other satellite, try aiming with the CBS Newspath transponder.

G16 is very strong. If you can get G25 G16 is next door
