I have had the following problems but I always forget to ask about them in the forum.

1. When I switch channels I sometimes lose audio on the channel that I switched to. I have to hit the back button to go to the previous channel and then go back to the channel in order to get sound.

2. When going to some channels I get the following message "Upgrade call 1-800-get-voom to upgrade your subscription to redceive this channel". The error goes away after a second and I can see the show that I want to view. It This happens for channels that I have.

Does anyone else have these problems? Will the software update fix them?

I have seen these happen. I'm hoping for a VOOM miracle fix.

That's happened to me maybe twice in the past month. Very rare, but it
does happen.

Yes, I see that quite frequently when changing channels. First you get
the "Upgrade" message almost instantly, then after about 1-2 seconds,
the show starts painting in. Sometimes it takes maybe 5 seconds to get
stabilized. To me, weird stuff during the 5 seconds around channel
changes is not a big deal.
