...to pair an existing ViP720 Hopper (please excuse any misnomenclature, as I can't find a proper model number other than "hopper" and "blockbuster" on the receiver) with a Tailgater mobile dish? The hopper is about two+years old now, and has recordings and programming I don't want to lose.

Backstory: I'm an over-the-road truck driver, long-haul; and I'd like to roll my home account with me in the truck. And I'd like to use the receiver I already have.

TIA.

If you buy a Winegard trvl'r, and an extra node, you can indeed take the hopper with you, but what you currently have will not work. Plus the hopper will only work with DPP equipment.

Out of contract tried to cancel offered $30 off per month
