Is possible receive echo star 7 in South America(Peru)?

Hello,

is possible receive in South America Echo Star 7 signal? Any one have a tool to calculate ERP, antenna diameter and footprint of this satellite?

Highly unlikely...I know the footprint is US, Alaksa, Hawai and Puerto Rico. I think anything south of that would be out
