It's barely showing up at my location, won't stay locked for longer than a fraction of a second. All other transponders seem strong.
 
Well then I have no idea what's going on. Montana and the NBC transponder are stronger than I've ever seen them, so I can't imagine it's an alignment issue.
 
This afternoon I'm getting it at 7.7dB, which is a lot more than yesterday (almost no signal) but not enough to lock it. Occasionally it'll jump to over 8dB and lock for a few moments. I don't think there are any storms close enough to block the signal, and if they were blocking it at at the uplink it would be going out for everybody.
 
I guess my alignment was off after all. I moved a few clicks west and now it works. Funny that it doesn't seem to be affecting any other satellites though.
