In the middle of the (crazy) Pitt x Butler NCAA match, I lost access to TBS HD. It appears to me there are other channels down for me, such as, for instance, ESPN HD. I'm on EA. Is there a problem going on?

There was an issue with an uplink center affecting some locals both wa and ea. As far as espn never noticed a thing.
