Well, I didn't get the call from the contractor to come get the Birdview, so I eventually drove to where it was located. The workers were gone & the Birdview was gone. I guess it's going to be gazebo. What a waste! Thanks to everyone for all of the input on this thread. I'll keep looking & knocking on doors and hopefully find something soon.
Is this Birdview worth getting?

Sorry to hear that Glater. Had the feeling of urgency for you to go and get it. This is the second time in a short ammount of time that someone was going to use a Birdview as a gazebo roof.
Makes me sick just to think about it.Is it too far for you to go to Plano Taxas and check out another possible Birdview Dish? Because I know that there is another satellite dish there. Not sure if its a Birdview or not. May be worth it for you. If you willing to go I can point you in the right direction.

Thanks Tom, I've left my number with several people & I see a bunch of dishes down this way, so I'll probably try to find one locally if possible, but I appreciate the offer to help. Would have been nice to have landed a Birdview for my 1st c band dish though.
