Issue with 103W C-band 3840 H 26661 Blindscan

While I'm playing with the new Manhattan firmware, I noticed that I can't blindscan the Ion Networks tp . This is on both Manhattan's AND my Solomend 800 . Haven't seen this before. A preset scan works fine, I have a 73% Q , but it goes undetected on blindscan. This is even after a power cycle and factory default. Any history on this ?

I know my Solomend with "normal" firmware will pass over the MSNBC Mux on blind scan, but does with Skybox firm.
