For about a week sometimes when I press skip back it only goes back about a second. Pressing the skip back again same thing happens. Pressing it a third time it jumps back to the beginning of the program.

Have you tried pulling the power plug for a hard reboot? If you have and the problem persists it might be a sign your hard drive is starting to go bad.

Not happy with Dish, still no update on this issue and now my auto hop isn't working. What the hell are they doing? I've done all the normal things in hopes of it being fixed but no such luck. Can't imagine BOTH hard drives would be going at exactly the same time. Both my receivers are doing the same thing.

the fix will probably be released in February, 2019..........that will justify the price increase
