issues around 4-6p

i am noticing a picture issue momentary pixilation issue around 4-6 at night at least 2-3 times I just got directv again at a new place on the oregon coast now i know the coast has good winds some times but i have had 50+ gusts no problems even for a second since it was installed on november 28th
i have posted my signal levels current weather cloudy and getting ready to rain

Those aren't terrible numbers, but they certainly could/should be higher. Your dish probably needs a slight adjustment.
