It has been a while since I installed all my DTV equipment and dishes. I had DTV do the 5LNB HD dish and hook up a HD DRV, I want to put in a HD DVR in my current place but I have no dish as it is not a DTV house. I still have the whole setup at the other house, but I just cant go snooping around to check things out. There seems to be a new set of dishes with power adapters, or something I'm seeing now, my old one never had one. Is this lastest or can I just get a HD 5LNB dish and hook up my two cables and be fine?

The newer dish's use new technology called Single Wire Multiswitch. However the old 5 LNB DISH still works fine. And if your comfortable setting those up then I would look for one of those dishes, as you can probably get a used one for cheap.
