I stumbled on bird and it's had 30+ plus Spanish channels but scrambled..... I think it' callled SKY Mexico and there weak signal at 43%
It's look like Quetzsat 1 is now up and running at 67*Wk........

Signal is very strong in Southern California 90% quality on a Pansat 2700.
5 transponders all scrambled.
