"Alias" star Jennifer Garner has sealed a first-look production deal with ABC Studios. Pact covers her Vandalia Films shingle, which is looking to get into the TV business. Garner runs Vandalia with Juliana Janes; the duo has a first-look pact with Warner Bros. on the feature side.
