Seems more like he said he refuses a tech visit because he considers it a sales call. And after 13 years in this business, I've seen enough people try to do things their selves and do it wrong and I also know that work orders are becoming less than less and any chance there is for a technician to go do his job and get paid for it is more important to me than some guy who can't just simply say no thank you while the technician is there.

You are taking this much too personally. I realize you want your people to have work orders so they can put food on the table. I also realize that if they have no work orders there is little need for a leader for them. All that put aside it takes all kinds to make up our population and they will not all agree with everything. You have to take your wins gracefully and take your losses just as gracefully.

I tried multiple times to get 4.0 joey they wont do it without me getting h+ and they wont let me get h+ with drop 1 of 2 h3 i have which i wont do.

I just want to replace 2 4k joeys i have with joey 4.0. there were few time i mange to go threw with talking to managers/supervisors and to get them for free. but each time I got told later they cant do or they sent guy out and he told he was here to replace 4k joeys with 2 new 4k joeys.

I at point I might just drop the lease h3 keep the h3 i bought and drop 1 4k joeys and just get wallly and pay 1 time $40 fee to get dvr added to it. I barely watch dish and when I do it the streaming channels that I can get for free. I just the DVR function for streaming
