JOEY WITH A HARMONY 650 REMOTE

I just recently bought my second Harmony 650 Remote. The first one works fine controlling my Hopper. Now I'm trying to control my Joey with this new remote. It's the original Joey from Dish. It doesn't take any commands from the new remote. I believe the problem is that the Harmony 650 uses IR to control it's devices and the Joey is controlled by a wireless RF signal. Is this so? If it is, is there a work around to allow my Harmony 650 to control the Joey? The remote controls everything else fine in my second setup.

Yes, Menu, Settings, Remote Manager, IR Enable....

Thanks for the quick reply and answer. I did what you said and out fixed everything. I was a bit disappointed for I thought I'd still have to use the Joey remote. Thanks again for your help.
