One of the most fan-friendly professional athletes ever. He always had time to sign every autograph. When he was an Astro, he did commercials for a Mexican chain restaurant called Casa Ole. He sang and danced in the them. You could just tell how much this guy loved life. 37 is way too young.

Here is a video of Lima with the Dodgers. He was good at keeping the clubhouse loose and is one of the reasons the Dodgers won their division in 2004.

Notice Adrian Beltre and Jayson Werth? This is when the Dodgers platooned Werth and Ethier. Imagine if they still had Werth along with Ethier
