Judge Bars DirecTV HD Ads

lets hope this is the first of many lawsuits and D* admits they have a problem.

A federal judge says the satcaster has not proven its high-def service is better than cable.

Why don't they just add the 100 or so HD channels they keep on promising and then they can prove to the Judge they are better than cable.

As far as im concerned they have an inferior HD service, yet talk as if they are the best and this lawsuit serves them right!
