just received pansat3500

I've checked some threads bout pansat 3500 but could'nt find anything to help me...i've got a directv satellite and i dont know if i need a different satellite or how to set up the pansat to receive the signal. Any help would be appreciated and if i need to download anything or get additional equipment please let me know.

I already have my satellite in a perfect spot with a strong signal. What i don't know is how to set up the pansat to receive the channels and also i looked at iceberg's review and follow his steps but i dont know what the name of the directv satellite when your suppose to add a satellite. i hope am being clear, if not let me know so i could be more specific. THanks.
