Well made it 18hrs and back at dealer. Guessing the battery coolant settled overnight. Have a low battery coolant warning now. Sitting here waiting for them to find the battery specialist and see how long that's gonna take to fix

1.5hrs later system burped and appears to be air free and full again. Sent me home with a gallon of coolant in case it comes back, I can do it myself and not waste time going up there and waiting

EV9 is ready with new high voltage battery, waiting on courtesy driver to come pick me up. Now to see if it can be trouble free until Nov 4 when I turn it in and if I can drive 13k miles before then to get money out of the lease. :)
That was actually a pretty quick turn around it seems.

Dealer said same thing. I think my complaints to corporate may have helped. The dealer rep said they had two others that were approved before me and they were still waiting on those to arrive.

It's still a fun comfortable vehicle to drive around. It took an OTA update this morning for the infotainment system. Hopefully I don't get any of the black screen problems I've seen online with wireless CarPlay from people that already have the update.

I was coming here to post the same Verge article, but you beat me to it. It seems odd that this particular battery pack would be a problem, is its size over the EV6? I thought the modules were all the same, so hopefully it's just a firmware problem that can be tweaked OTA for those packs that haven't yet been replaced.
