King Quest auto satelitte dish with a Direct TV H24 receiver

Need help with setup in my RV.
I did change the
switch to multiswitch and
The dish type to 18" dish.
I get "errors on tuner 1" notice and
for satellite 101 I get
Odd (13V) X
Even (18V) ?

What does this mean and what can I do to fix it?

I can get the channels to show up (across the top..channel # channel name, etc.) but no picture or sound.

You also need to change the settings to Hide HD channels. Menu > Settings and Help > Settings > Preferences > Guide HD Channels. Change to Hide HD channels.

Don't need to do this. Setting the dish type to 18in round automatically gets rid of the HD channels from the guide.
