KLUZ-DT still fall asleep on adding DABL TV Network

As usual like in the past like adding Quest TV and the history is repeating again for DABL TV Network in Albuquerque's TV market.

Why Entranvision is being so lazy to add new sub channel? While others TV markets get it on time!?

Is the culture thing in TV engineering world in certain TV broadcast markets?

Just curious.

Forgot to tell you that DABL is now on the air on KLUZ-DT rf channel. 22.5 or remapped ch. 14.5.

Minor update on KLUZ-DT, they changed their video format from 1080i to 720p on their main Univision network channel.
